Wishlist no more

I have been very vocal how badly I needed a good internet broadband provider. Just when I have lost hope on finding one that is fast and affordable, we finally had one installed just yesterday.

Thank God for PLDT!

It was my last string, my last option I should say. But I'm glad that the last on my list still served me well. After two and a half weeks of waiting, I can now happily say....mabilis na ang internet connection namin!!!

Raving

It was a good week for me.

First, the Celtics won the NBA finals. I must say though, that it was not a very exciting game because of the huge lead in the score. But the highlights were definitely amazing to watch.

Second, I believe that we are slowly getting out of our debts. We are finally seeing some good financial status. We really had a rough time since I gave birth due to my 2 and a half week confinement ( My case was placenta praevia) plus the fact that I underwent an emergency C.S. But God's goodness saw us through. Inspite of our financial struggle, we always manage to pay all our bills in time. We never had too much but He always gave us enough to meet our needs. Now, we have a little to spare to save, a little to spare for a few things we want as well.

Lastly, we finally had our DSL installed! Hooray! After the long search and wait, I can finally go to different websites in just a few seconds. I can now enjoy technology at its finest.

Now, didn't I tell you it was a good week for me? I hope you had a blast as well. If not, You still have until tomorrow to make it a really good one.

Finding the one

It is important to find the right one for you. In any case, if you haven't found the one, then you are bound to go on an endless search. Pero paano ba malalaman that it's the right one for you? When it meets all your needs, when you can handle it as if you've known it for a long time, when you find yourself unfolding its mysteries everyday and being contented even more -- yun na! That's the one.

Mine is the Nokia N77.

Hubby gave it to me as a gift a day after Father's day. Sabi ko nga, bakit ako yung may nakuhang magandang gift eh siya ang nag-celebrate ng Father's day. Well, it was his incentive. He is not a joystick tye of person so naicip niya na I would like it instead of selling it.

I had doubts at first. Actually, nanghinayang lang ako kasi high end phone na ito and the price is quite high. We can actually sell it and buy something else na hindi ganun kalaki ang monetary value. Sabi naman niya i-try ko daw muna. So I did. Hay, na-in love ako unti-unti.

It has 20 MB shared memoryand 64 MB SDRAM memory. Perfect to have my Go bible installed as one application. It has a memory card slot as well so I don't have to worry in storing mp3, mp4 or even wma files. I love the way it views my videos and photos, and I can even create albums for it. The built-in speakers create a great sound and its headset has a music player key with it.

It's not wi-fi ready. But then I have my laptop for that. I am just contented with the fact that it can browse to all the sites that I want since it's not limited in the pages that it can view. It has a lifeblog which I haven't tried, but I think this will be very useful in updating my sites. Wala na magiging hadlang sa pag blog ko. Hehehe.

It has a 2 MP camera with flash. May secondary camera din because it is a3G phone. It operates on Symbian and has quickoffice installed kaya I have my important documents at hand always.

I still have a lot to discover with my newest buddy. Right now, I'm just happy, happy, happy.

After a deep slumber

Hello world! Siyempre, hindi naman talaga ako nakatulog ng ganun katagal. And it's not like I had much choice in not being able to update my blogs. Hay, sobrang dami lang talaga ng ginawa, ginagawa at gagawin.

Having said that, hindi ko naman maikwento lahat ng nangyari. Parang, I can't remember much of the details. Maybe because it has been quite awhile already. Masyadong maraming dapat i-recall just to be able to give an update. Randomly in my head though here are the things that got me busy: our son is on his 8th month, more active than ever, I am in the process of figuring out how to manage well our finances, studying well the business that we are trying to build, busy in selling stuff, cleaning up our laptop (hehe nagkalat ang files ko!), visiting an uncle. Basically, I'm saving the world. Hahaha! I am no super hero. I wouldn't even dare be one.
